Vinyasa yoga is designed to cultivate breath/body connection and awareness using fluid transitions between each posture. This class will keep you moving, stretching, and strengthening. Think stronger core, better balance, and a long, lean body. It's playful and sweaty! Class is set to energizing music. All levels welcome. (98-100 degrees)
