Posture labs are meant to break down certain postures that are seen frequently in yoga classes but infrequently performed correctly. This session, we will focus on the Warrior postures and how to transition safely in and out of each pose. You will learn the benefits of each asana (posture) while gaining a deeper sense of body awareness. We will encourage you to ask questions as we want you to leave feeling confident and more body aware!
