This class is designed to heighten breath/body awareness using fluid transitions to cultivate a profound body & mind connection. This class will keep you moving to the rhythm of your breath allowing for freedom of expression and exploration. It's playful and sweaty! Class is set to energizing music and is open to all levels. Spark Sculpt | Heated
Fun, sweaty, & always worth it! Incorporating light weights and other props for added resistance to strengthen all the muscles in the body while building endurance, stability, and CONFIDENCE. Expect to work to your edge and embrace getting uncomfortable while celebrating all you are capable of with an amazing community of people supporting your journey just as much as their own! The intention of this class is to smile while you balance those magical vibes of effort & ease, strength & stretch. Set to fun & energetic music to motivate and inspire! Some basic yoga posture knowledge is encouraged, however all levels are welcome. (93 degrees)

No dance experience necessary! A low-impact class for all ages and fitness levels. Be prepared to increase the heart rate with the use of micro-movements and some light weights. This class is designed to create a long, lean body as well as improve posture. Marrying yoga, pilates, and ballet, this class works the body from head to toe! (90 degrees)

A class designed for those who are just getting started. Build a strong foundation in your practice by learning proper alignment, basic breath techniques, and posture knowledge in a non-judgmental and welcoming environment. This class moves at a gentle pace and is perfect for those who are working with injuries. (80 degrees)

Restore: to bring back to a state of health, soundness, or vigor.
Give yourself permission to reset & give back to your body and spirit. This class benefits the body's internal organs by reducing blood pressure, encouraging digestion, and reducing muscle tension. Cultivate ease & peace of mind to allow for deeper sense of presence and awareness. All levels encouraged. (80 degrees)
Spark Yin | Warm
A passive series of postures focusing on seated, prone, and supine positions that are held for longer periods of time. This type of yoga targets the connective tissues that are not normally tended to in a more dynamic practice such as Vinyasa and Sculpt. These postures will help nourish the hips, lower spine, and pelvic area. Whether you carry tension due to plentiful physical activity or emotionally due to stress or anxiety, Yin will help restore and salvage the body while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. "Hot Pilates combines cardio and muscle toning using high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up & helping you burn fat. The Pilates principles sculpt you body, creating long lean muscle mass. This class also helps elevate your heart rate to boost metabolism and promote detoxification. Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping. (90 degrees)

A high-intensity class incorporating resistance props such as bands & weights to strengthen the entire body. This class is designed to build a strong, lean body incorporating HIIT style training and heat for added cardio. The format of the class will leave you feeling accomplished, strong, and empowered. Spark Power Flow | Heated
A challenging, energetic flow incorporating muscle strengthening & toning exercises. Similar to a vinyasa class but faster paced to get the heart-rate up to initiate a cardiovascular element to the practice. This class is all-levels as we encourage all practitioners to go at your own pace and honor your own body. (95-98 degrees)
Rocket Yoga | Warm
“A dynamic vinyasa style class open to all levels. Based on the traditional series of Ashtanga, “The Rocket” are set sequences that focus on grounding your being, dissolving tension and stretching your mind through present moment awareness of the feeling body in explored Asanas, facilitated with conscious breath.
The class begins with traditional sun salutations, progresses through standing postures to establish grounding then moves into an uptempo seated series with an emphasis on your transitions and breath; before ending with finishing postures and an extensive savasana.
Rocket classes are ideal for the new or regular practitioner ready to commit to and refine their Yoga practice. The smaller class size allows for greater individual adjustments and guidance from instructors. To challenge your mental and physical edge, you will be given opportunities to practice arm balances and inversions. There is no “skill” level needed to take this class, the most advanced practice is one that is constantly seeking to challenge the physical to grow the mental. A 60 minute, HIIT style class focused on engaging deep core muscles to increase strength and maximize toning. Learn how to thoroughly engage the abdominal muscles in this HIIT style format that will help relieve back pain, create more flexibility, and leave you feeling stronger and more energized! Cardio will be peppered in to encourage heart health and increase metabolism. This class incorporates weights, pilates balls, bands, and blocks. (90 degrees)
Spark for Athletes | Heated
A series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are beneficial to any athlete, no matter what sport you participate in. This class is designed to be added into the regular routine of athletic individuals who seek physical and mental balance as well as improvement in stamina & overall performance in a non-competitive environment. (95 degrees) Note: You do NOT have to be an athlete to attend. This class is designed for all levels.
Spark Gentle | Warm
A tender approach for those who are new to yoga, working with injuries, or craving a sense of calm. This class is structured around calming and healing the body. Props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps will often be used to assist you in postures to help initiate a safe, healing quality and to encourage comfort & ease. The class will help address any stress or resistance in the body as well as relieve joint & muscle tension. All levels welcome! (80 degrees)
Spark for Teens | 90 degrees
A special class catered toward young adults where we'll learn body awareness, breath techniques, and alignment. The purpose of this session is to give students the opportunity to cultivate a healthy relationship with mind & body while potentially alleviating anxiety, boosting confidence, and building a supportive community for growth and free expression. (90-95 degrees) For ages 12-19. Must receive parent/guardian consent before attending class.
Spark Cardio | Heated
A 45 minute, high-intensity cardio sesh using body weight to receive a comprehensive, full-body calorie burn. This class does not incorporate weights and is basically a full on cardio party! Keep your heart healthy, get inspired, increase metabolism, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things. Low impact options will be available. (90-95 degrees)
