Squats, lunges, bicep curls, & push-ups are just a few things you can expect to get the heart rate up while you tone the bod. Set to fun & energetic music to motivate and inspire! No dance experience necessary! A low-impact class for all ages and fitness levels. Be prepared to increase the heart rate with the use of micro-movements and some light weights. This class is designed to create a long, lean body as well as improve posture. Marrying yoga, pilates, and ballet, this class works the body from head to toe! (90 degrees)

A challenging, energetic flow incorporating muscle strengthening & toning exercises. Similar to a vinyasa class but faster paced to get the heart-rate up to initiate a cardiovascular element to the practice. This class is all-levels as we encourage all practitioners to go at your own pace and honor your own body. (95-98 degrees)

Based on the traditional series of Ashtanga, “The Rocket” are set sequences that focus on grounding your being, dissolving tension and stretching your mind through present moment awareness of the feeling body in explored Asanas, facilitated with conscious breath.
The class begins with traditional sun salutations, progresses through standing postures to establish grounding then moves into an uptempo seated series with an emphasis on your transitions and breath; before ending with finishing postures and an extensive savasana.
Rocket classes are ideal for the new or regular practitioner ready to commit to and refine their Yoga practice. The smaller class size allows for greater individual adjustments and guidance from instructors. To challenge your mental and physical edge, you will be given opportunities to practice arm balances and inversions. There is no “skill” level needed to take this class, the most advanced practice is one that is constantly seeking to challenge the physical to grow the mental. A series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are beneficial to any athlete, no matter what sport you participate in. This class is designed to be added into the regular routine of athletic individuals who seek physical and mental balance as well as improvement in stamina & overall performance in a non-competitive environment.
