Couples Workshop

Grab your honey and flow together for this partner's yoga workshop with Michelle & Jeremy! Enjoy a 90 min movement series with non-heated vinyasa flow yoga followed by guided partner movement, manual adjustments and assisted savasana. Get cozy with your loved one by encouraging gentle stretches and hands-on practices to obtain the relaxing benefits of yoga as a pair. Gain deeper appreciation and respect for your partner as we center our minds and bodies together. No experience in yoga or partner work required.

After, we'll enjoy wine, chocolate and conversation. Take home a list of the assisted postures we've done together complete with written reminders and images.
