In this workshop will explore more natural tactics for coping with the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Delivering gentle movements and extended holds in postures to help calm the mind and body while exploring a variety of breathing exercises that you can call upon if hopping into child’s pose isn’t an option where you are. This workshop will also serve as an (optional) way to network amongst members of your community who are working through similar struggles.
