Offering a compassionate, natural approach for coping with the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Delivering gentle movements and extended holds in postures to help calm the mind and body while exploring a variety of breathing exercises to call upon if hopping into child’s pose isn’t an option where you are. All are welcome. No yoga experience required.
